I ordered a sesame bagel with cream cheese. The woman working asked if I wanted it toasted and I didn't hear her (it was very loud and she was talking very softly) and she got really annoyed when I asked her to repeat herself. After putting my bagel in the toaster, my friend asked for the lox bagel. That sounded good, so I asked if I could actually do that on the bagel that was already toasting rather than just cream cheese. I didn't think this was an unreasonable...
