First of all the baristas are always rude and everytime i ask for my drink the toppings are missing or they make it wrong so today I ordered a cookie butter iced latte and usually it has those cookie butter crumble and i don’t know what they were even think but didn’t put hardly any ice then threw a chunk or oreos at the bottom of my drink and some on top it’s so gross and a waste of money!

Went back today, June 19th, at 7:25am, hoping for better results. And still highly unsatisfied of the food and the service of the staff that works there. Bagel still brunt and not to my liking. Will not be back. Deleting the app. The Coffee Bean company do not do nothing to fix issues. They just give an AI version of an apology. I am done.

Went to today, June 16th, at around 7:30AM. this location to get my favorite, Ice camera macchiato and jalapeno bagel. The bagel was burnt. I don't understand why someone would give someone something they paid for to look like this. This is not ok. Not to mention the drink not being made right. And I was just going to over look it. Until I got to work and saw this. My bagel have never looked like this.

Update: I don't need a superficial response from the owner. I would like for you to fix thr problem.

Last 3 visits my cold coffee tasted like water. Very friendly but no excuses for making a drink horrible. Must train new employees properly if that’s the case. All the prior visits were great and sometimes outstanding. Please fix the issue.

Coffee was way to light and they were so pressured while making my order. Will never come back, Starbucks has better coffee. As well as service.

Great coffee bean, consistently amazing drinks, friendly baristas! My dog now has a routine where she sits in front of the door when we walk past to guilt me into buying a drink for a pup cup. Sometimes they even just give me a pup cup, which I appreciate so much! 10/10

Like Coffee Bean better than Starbucks, more variety of blended iced coffee, and turkey pesto is sooo goood.

I love coming here, the ambiance is great, seats are good. But recently I have experienced some encounters with the manager that really caught me off guard. He is so rude and speaks to you like you are stupid. Staff seems to always be in a bad mood as well. I will no longer be coming to this location considering my last couple of experiences with the manager. Very disappointed.

Not the brightest bunch, all the staff didn't even know what liquid sugar was
