Last 3 visits my cold coffee tasted like water. Very friendly but no excuses for making a drink horrible. Must train new employees properly if that’s the case. All the prior visits were great and sometimes outstanding. Please fix the issue.

Coffee was way to light and they were so pressured while making my order. Will never come back, Starbucks has better coffee. As well as service.

Great coffee bean, consistently amazing drinks, friendly baristas! My dog now has a routine where she sits in front of the door when we walk past to guilt me into buying a drink for a pup cup. Sometimes they even just give me a pup cup, which I appreciate so much! 10/10

Like Coffee Bean better than Starbucks, more variety of blended iced coffee, and turkey pesto is sooo goood.

I love coming here, the ambiance is great, seats are good. But recently I have experienced some encounters with the manager that really caught me off guard. He is so rude and speaks to you like you are stupid. Staff seems to always be in a bad mood as well. I will no longer be coming to this location considering my last couple of experiences with the manager. Very disappointed.

Customer service at this establishment needs to be improved; the other day, I went in and bought two coffees; they had a special buy one get one free; the barista scanned my app, and he did not honor it; I even showed him my phone, and he did not care at all, and was rude not only to me but also to other customers. The coffee bean drinks are amazing, but the service is inconsistent; sometimes they treat you nicely, and sometimes not. It truly depends on how the barista and cashier are feeling that day.

Unfriendly staff

This Location has horrible customer service the employees here were pretty rude & they kept on getting my orders wrong they have no self respect for the customers like myself & in the past years when I use to come to this location the employees that were use to be very nice respectful to the customers now it has changed so much now there’s different employees here now it’s so sad when u encounter people like this because Coffee bean & tea leaf always been my favorite coffee spot so this honestly breaks my heart well hope this location has better customer service in the future.?

The cashier was super nice. I ordered an iced chai and it was the most watered down water with chai flavor. Never getting a chai there again.

I went to the drive thru before work, and as I was waiting to pull up to the kiosk to place my order, a worker came out and closed the lane. I was the next in line, already inside the lane area, and this bozo decided to shut the lane down and have us come inside to place the order. I left and will never give this location business.

Worst customer service ever! My coffee was disgusting & I got remade with no difference in taste. When you come in here they don’t greet you or acknowledge you !
