Asked about the buy one gift one and the employee simply stated yes it started today, asked how to get it and they simply said you need a QR code and when I asked how to get a QR code for it they said it was hard to do.I don't understand why I had to pull each bit of info piece by piece and why they were so unwilling to help me utilize the promotion which brought me into the shop in the first place. Saw them texting while making my drink without gloves which was also interesting.Got my sweedish berry tea and it was almost all ice....

Incredibly rude no friendly service. Never service with a smile. At best I might get a dry attitude.Their Barista Jasmine has the worst attitude of all. Very rude and abrupt and almost refuse to give me information when I wanted to report her to the corporate office.I have to say this coffee location is the worst of all coffee houses that I've ever been to including Starbucks.I prefer coffee bean and tea , but I'll go to Starbucks just because they have a better attitude.I don't understand why most coffee bean and teas personnel has very dry personalities is that a requirement to work there?

What happened to this Coffee Bean location??? I used to go here all the time... I went today because it has been awhile. The customer service was lacking, and they got my order wrong. They fixed it but it looked like nothing I wanted. Super rushed, and the Asian guy at the drive-thru window was definitely careless, and lied to me that a coupon that I was trying to redeem expired. But he insisted that it was when it says it was the last day today. He didn't even try reading the reward/coupon, he probably thought it was the bogo one which was NOT it. Do they just assume every customer is just clueless/nuisance? Im sure most are, but we are still paying for something that we wanted. It wasn't even a busy time, so I'm all out of options of giving excuses to poor customer service. I never expected this from a Coffee Bean, my experiences has always been great. But I can see why this location has low ratings now, unfortunately. Definitely steering away from this location now, hopefully they get new management or something cause these low ratings that I'm reading now is unacceptable!

Came to hang out and attempted to order a drink, the guy working the counter was a complete and total jerk!!! it’s Saturday afternoon, July 1, 2023, the time is 5:00 PM and the dude was just an absolute jerk, unkind and unprofessional. Nobody deserves to be treated that way if you’re looking for a great place to hang out don’t come here, maybe try Starbucks.

Cannot expect more than a shoulder shrug when their gift card reader is down. Everything is on the phones now like gift cards and last day in California to try and use the gift card and just get told to drive around and try other coffee beans.

This is usually the CB I go to. Haven’t been in a while but the chai tea latte I received was not vanilla as I ordered and they gave me an old stale bagel .. they toasted it for me and I couldn’t even bite through it and when I got a bite it was super chewy! What the heck… is this location under new management? It used to be exceptional.

Be sure to ask and double check you're receipt. They added and unauthorized tip to my $4.95 coffee. I highly doubt it was "accidental" and I'm sure if they add a dollar here an there to unsuspecting customers it will add up over time. I disputed the .75 cents out of spite with my bank and got reimbursed through them as I didn't notice until I got home an saw my receipt with a tip added not by me.. Stay away and visit a local shop instead. the theft entitlement should not be rewarded!

I was treated unprofessionally and asked to leave the store upon trying to pick up my order. The ink on the receipts were unreadable due to the fading ink, which prompted to ask the barista for help. He responded by asking me for my receipt before telling me, "It's not that hard!" I went to the car, returned with the receipt, and asked the barista to help me because it's not that hard. He refused to help. His manager, Jasmine, intervened and insisted that they reserve the right to refuse my service. I questioned how she could defend her employee after his rude behavior. Despite paying for both drinks, I was not served and left the store.

Matcha Frapp one of the best drinks here if you're a matcha lover! I usually get it substituted with soy milk and double blended and it's one of the best drinks I can order. Way better than Starbucks. Staff very friendly as well

I've been here a handful of times, and each time, the employees have been extremely rude. They're rude each time I go in there. One employee saw that I didn't tip and immediately got snippy with me. Why would I tip when service is bad. I would not recommend.
