This place pretty much went downhills since the pandemic. Dine in are in to go utensils, menu prices on the wall don't match what's ringing up, and very limited items on the menu a lot of stuff were crossed out. On top of it dine in was really sad and depressing. Probably won't be back for a while.

I have still not receive a reply to my complaint of a broken tooth while eating your food. It's been over 2 months and I expected a response of some kind.

Placed an order for pick up and was easy enough. There was plenty of parking and not many diners so pick up was quick. We ordered a tray of ramen cabbage salad for a last minute lunch and came out fresh and delicious.

Second time trying this place and I must say… it’s alright! I’ve had better Hawaiian food. The customer service is terrible. Took forever to get my order and it was incorrect. I ordered bacon fried rice, broccoli with chicken katsu and Korean barbecued beef, broccoli and macaroni salad. I didn’t receive bacon fried rice I got white rice. The macaroni salad container was not filled which upset me because paying $40 plus dollars and not receiving a reasonable portion of food is disappointing. Another issue is this place is cashless. Being a cashless restaurant is somewhat discriminatory as somefolks might not have the option of debit or credit cards available to them.

The food tastes delicious, but when I ordered the work fried noodles with Korean BBQ beef I was disappointed in the quantity of meat compared to the pictures online.

Food is delicious but, I was disappointed by the fact they basically do NOT want you to dine-in. You get limited tables and they hand you food in a to-go container and plastic utensils...why have tables at all inside? I felt like I wasn't welcomed to sit and eat at my own leisure. They have also become way overpriced and their food portions are shrinking ...it seems as if they want to make money more than feed the customers the usual quality food for what they PAY for...

We used to go to The Loft in Torrance and loved everything about it. It was so sad when they had to close. The food at the Gardena location is just like I remember. I love the Kalua Pork! The staff are fantastic. It is counter service only.

They have gone to a limited service. Order at the counter and get your food in Styrofoam containers. Some of the same old timey Hawaiian favorites so you can trust as good as ever.Parking: Lots of spaces.

Wow.... This place has changed. Lunch after tip was over $80. Two cashiers wkg. No servers. One kitchen person. No restaurant dishes. Your food is given to you in a styrofoam box. Yes, takeout style all the way. The place was empty. This restaurant used to have a lot of patrons. It's dead.Cut back on food and higher prices. Just enough beef to cover the rice...What was the owner thinking...?This was definitely our memorial mea here.Food still ok.Bathroom atrocious.Very heartbreaking to see this happen to this restaurant.

A week ago, my tooth broke while eating BBQ Beef and Island Style Chicken with Bacon Fried Rice. I found two small black pebbles in the Rice. I left a message and have sent email to the website and FB page, but none of my messages have been returned. I hoped for some acknowledgment and didnt expect much more than that, but to be ignored tells another story.

Man, this location went down….I frequent the Cypress location and you get service there and they didn’t cut out the bowls or charge more for either small or large portions. You order at the counter now, not at the table and they act like you are bothering them by coming in. Maybe switch it to only take out or drive-through so people don’t have to engage with the staff who’s already light for a dine in place… food is still great just don’t recommend this location. Deff gone down in quality over the years.
