I used to get the hojicha soft serve and it was so good! My favorite! Im so sad they discontinued it 😢. I got the matcha soft serve and its still really good but not the same sadly. Please bring back the hojicha soft serve!!!

Wonderful flavor! I drove 3 hours and got late for work for this ice cream

Bitter and thick! The red bean paste and mochi balls balances it out. I don’t like the jelly. They don’t have hojicha anymore

I was really impressed with Yamari! The matcha flavor here tastes authentic and rich they use Uji matcha from Japan, which gives it a deep earthy taste and pleasant bitterness instead of just being sweet. I expected a typical soft serve, but it was much more refined. The parfait comes with sweet red bean paste, which balances the strong matcha perfectly if you like a little extra sweetness.
