Not only unique, but also absolutely delish! Tuesday's fish tacos are on point. Highly recommend the crabbiest cone and the fully loaded cone. Every component was great, but I was not expecting the gravy to be so amazing! Lost Coast root beer on tap. And everything is a great value.
The mashed potato/ brisket / bacon concoction served in a waffle cone with gravy looks amazing. I f’ked up not seeing in on the menu before I ordered. Most of the customers I saw coming in seemed to know it was this places speciality

We loved this place so much we went here twice during our stay in Trinidad. I had the mashed potato waffle cone and the crab melt. Both were delicious, but my favorite was the potato. What a great idea! Hubs ate the burger and crispy chicken sandwich and gave a 10/10 for the chicken. Truly amazing food, nice restaurant with heaters (we needed them after kayaking in April!) and cool art on the ceiling and walls, and delicious local beer.
