Excellent food, great service. We had the garlic knots as an appetizer, and they were more original than any other I've had. They take the dough and roll it thin and slice it like cinnamon rolls. This delicate rolled dough is more pastry than knot, but that touch imbues it with the flavors of the freshly chopped garlic that adorns the top and sides, along with freshly cut parsley and the copious olive oil that the rolls sit in. Honestly, we found our gem in Truckee. Very kid friendly, good portions and priced fairly compared to the rest of the town. Our most recent experience was with Gustavo and he was really welcoming and friendly.

Pizza is great and it's flop is untouchable. Gustavo is the man. Food, service, and ambiance top notch. Come in on a week day when it's slow and you'll find the hide away to chill
