CoffeeBar Bakery in Truckee is a must-visit for delicious gluten-free bakery items and consistently great lattes. The cashier is efficient and kind, willing to make tweaks to drink orders. The foam artistry of the barista adds to the experience. The Cafe-style setting and friendly atmosphere make customers feel welcome. The sourdough bread is amazing, as are the almond croissant and chocolate croissant. The tomato soup is also highly recommended. While the chorizo burrito had some cold spots due to microwaving, the latte was pretty good. With a large parking lot shared with other businesses, parking is convenient for visitors.
