Super cute shop, mostly for take out food. There is no seating indoors but there are a couple of picnic tables outside. Today I had a ribeye panini which was absolutely delicious. Very savory and satisfying. They have mole, pozole, fried chicken, various salads, sandwiches, and pasta. Lots of interesting drinks too. You can buy baked bread, dry pastas, sauces, spices too. Eduardo and his team catered a seafood and a chicken paella, along with charcuterie, for a reception at Incline Village. The guests loved the meal and working with Truckee Food Shop was very easy. Highly recommend.
