Normal taco bell vibe and clean, but a couple knocks. 1. No shoes, no shirts, no service used to be a thing. The bruh bros there were already dropping the language around our younguns on top of only rockin their bruh shorts. 2. Two orders of a chicken bowl - the first had plenty of all the ingredients. The 2nd was all but missing any sign of chicken on top of it being a smaller portion.

I’ve been here for 45 minutes waiting for my order. They keep saying 5 minutes, locked the doors 1.5 hours early not letting people in and preventing people from being able to walk out by themselves.

paid and waited 21 minutes for my order and asked about the status of it and they said it was made, proceed to check the trash an and my friends food bags when i said i never received it, took a lot of back and forth to get my food, fat dude was very rude about the thing, calm skinny guy was pretty chill about it.

They lied about not having the supreme luxury box and when I check there menu inside the store they did and it is just really bad to lie like that, never go here bad service and bad employee's and the employee's don't understand what your saying and you can't even understand them even tho you said what you wanted very clearly, if I could I would leave a negative 1 start review and get the restaurant closed or they fire everyone and get new employee's
They are extremely stingy. We paid extra money for sauces and there was no sauce at all inside our food. Upon asking they said that’s just how it is take refund if you want. I mean who does that over a little bit of sauce.

I was at the drive thru today 06/18/2025 at 6:16pm. My order #299. Rude employee at the drive thru charge me extra $6.15. I did try to call at 6:46 pm and they let it ring then hang up the phone did not answer to ask for my refund. I will attached here what I order and what he charge me. DOUBLE CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS!!!!!!!

I tried to get the 'biggest' burrito on the menu which is the grilled cheese steak burrito.. they rolled me up something a small child would find filling. Paid about 7$ I won't go back

They charge almost twice as much for some items as other taco bells. For example the build your own luxe cravings box is $9.99 here in Truckee but $5.99 in midtown sac near the capitol.
The fact they forget items sometimes is annoying but not as bad as the price gouging especially when it's often consistently the worst quality taco bell I've been to.
