We just had our anniversary dinner here. How does this restaurant not have a Michelin star? Some of the most incredible food we have ever had and it’s here in Truckee! We have been most disappointed with the truckee food scene especially for what it costs up here, but Trokay is absolutely worth the hype, expense, and your time. The flavors of every course were put together masterfully. I just wish we had gotten it together enough to come here sooner, what a gem to have in town....
Enjoyed the 4-course tasting menu with our granddaughter along with the wine pairing.
