I loved the vegan broth options! Glad we could find a place that has more vegan friendly broth and toppings! Our server Jeraldine was awesome and she took care of our complicated order due to our food allergies! We will be back again!

We have tried many ramen places, but Rakkan is THE place to go! We got the Quartz Ramen and their aren't enough words to describe how good it is. We also had their karage, chicken bao bun, and furikake fries. All were delish! Will definitely be back next time we're in Truckee!
