Great small business with many options just depends on what mood you are in. Usually, always get to go just cause. Fries and okra are my fav as no one seems to have good fried okra around here.
As new residents to Tulare, there's an obligation to try new hamburger places.1st impression: This place is super clean! Like in the corners clean.Service: Divine, a smiling lovely lady was welcoming & encouraging.
