About Ayer Coffee

Ayer Coffee is a small shop located in a plaza with plenty of parking. The space inside is quite small with minimal seating, and there is no bathroom. Lines are common out the door, but they move fairly quickly. The staff are super friendly, extremely nice, welcoming, kind, and helpful, spending time and effort to ensure drinks are prepared well. They are very accommodating, offering sweetness adjustments to ensure customers are completely satisfied. They hand whisk all their matcha.

The drinks are excellent and thoughtfully crafted. The matcha is fantastic, with a strong, great flavor that is not too sweet and not gross or grassy. Matcha variations, like the mango matcha and the matcha two, are creamy and delicious, featuring matcha powder on top in the shape of the logo. The Vietnamese coffee cafe-sua-da is rich, bold, smooth, and perfectly balanced, strong and not too sweet without being bitter. Other notable drinks include the salted Saigon, blueberry matcha, coconut ice blended coffee, and the perfect banana coffee. The coffee shop is a fantastic addition to the neighborhood, highly recommended, though it only accepts cashless payments.
