Instead of picking something out of a case, every donut is made fresh to order in the kitchen and handed to you warm within 3–5 minutes. Whatever topping or glaze you choose melts right into the donut and adds to the flavor instead of overpowering it. The donuts come out warm, light, and almost brioche-like, with just enough crispy edge to make each bite feel special. Plan on paying around $5-6 dollars per donut.

I ordered the Maple and the Autumn Sprinkle, and both were great for different reasons:

• Maple Glazed: Warm, soft, and perfectly glazed. The outside has a gentle crisp from the fryer, and the maple flavor isn’t overly sweet — super balanced. It reminds me of a really good old-fashioned but with more lift and a cleaner finish.
• Autumn Sprinkle: Fun, seasonal, and surprisingly flavorful. The glaze has a hint of vanilla, and the sprinkles add great texture without being overly crunchy or artificial. If you’re in a fall mood, this one nails it.

Overall, Oliboli is one of the few donut shops where you can tell every donut is made with intention. If you appreciate quality over quantity, this place is a must-visit in OC.“

“This is one of the few places open early enough for me to be able to grab donuts before work. Everytime I go the lady is so sweet. The jalapeño ham and cheese croissant literally came out while I was there so I had to have one. It was so good and the donuts are delish as well. Will keep coming back as long as she’s open!“
