The portion is big which I like.Haven't tried a lot of Vietnamese food around here but I think it's pretty close to authentic food I've had in Vietnam.The fish sauce is a good indicator of authenticity. - very close but still lacks a little.Overall, for the price paid, it's worth it and not as pricey as compared to anything within Irvine.
Parking: A lot of parking space and free.

The restaurant provided catering for a school event, serving amazing food and accommodating guests well. A must-try is the fried fish, which comes with a sweet and sour tamarind dipping sauce. Prices are reasonable, with an extra charge for larger portions. The restaurant has a great atmosphere and is highly recommended for Vietnamese dishes.
