First they forgot our sandwich then my sandwich had no meat on it but in the end they redid both of ours and put in extra snacks!! Thank you sooo much!
Absolutely love this place the staff is awesome! However, tonight my husband and I went in for dinner and I ordered a grilled sub. I got home and opened it up and it wasn’t grilled at all. I understand their staff is new and I don’t want to make a big deal out of it. I just want to make them aware!
Adrian provides excellent customer service. He’s incredibly friendly, genuinely welcoming, and makes you feel appreciated the moment you walk in. His positive attitude sets the tone for the whole visit! Adrian is a true asset to Jersey Mike’s.

Jersey Mike's Subs offers a good selection of fresh food, with a variety of hot and cold subs to choose from. The pricing is reasonable, the service is friendly, and the atmosphere is clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the mountains. They also provide outdoor seating and have high chairs for kids. The workers are attentive, especially during off-peak hours. Customers can enjoy the best portobello mushroom sandwich and a #8 sub, perfect for sharing. Free Delivery Tuesdays are a bonus for local customers. Overall, Jersey Mike's is a great option for a healthier meal, whether dining in or ordering out. Subs are pretty good, but some customers are concerned about handling receipts with gloves and laying receipts on cutting boards, which may not be the healthiest. The restaurant offers three sub sizes: Mini, Regular, and Super, which can be confusing for some, as they are not clearly described. For example, a Regular sub may be smaller than expected, around six to six and a half inches, rather than the presumed twelve inches. French fries are considered top-tier and unbeatable, though some recent visits have seen a drop in quality. Orders like the Club Supreme may sometimes be missing expected ingredients, and the staff can vary, affecting consistency.
