“For those traveling to Joshua Tree NP: this is inside a military base. My friend and I definitely did not plan this stop 2 days prior and travel from Death Valley to this location just to be turned around at the base entrance..... dont be like us.
5 stars for the military officer not making us feel like fools.“

“It was like staying in Bedrock, I expected Fred Flintstone to pop his head over the rocks at any moment. It's a truly unique campground. It can get very windy and the mice are fast if your not paying attention and leave something out... even for a few minutes.
Even our 17yo dog did some exploring, something the old guy hasn't done in awhile.“
