“Sheng Kee Bakery is a wonderful spot for delicious Asian pastries and baked goods. Their bread is always soft and fresh, and their sweet and savory buns are incredibly tempting. I love picking up their pineapple buns and egg tarts. Even when it's 'as busy as it gets,' the service is efficient, and the quality is consistently excellent. A perfect place for a treat!“

“Went here on a whim since I felt the craving for ice cream. It's been years since the last time I've got Coldstone, so I wasn't really sure what's so special about it. Then I quickly remembered that they basically do one those cold stone tablets to mix the ice cream with the toppings. There were too many choices, so I just (sorta) randomly picked the cookie dough and a few toppings. They also have this to-go containers which is pretty handy if you want to do takeaway (since that's pretty much the only option these days). The person making my ice cream even put the leftover in a small cup so I had a bit extra. Very nice and definitely not complaining.“

“This seasalt oreo sooo good it has to be pre order at least 2 days. They also have 4” cakes. If you want a fluffy not too sweet cake and freshly made this is highly recommended. But you have to pre order especially on weekends as they are always booked with lots of orders so the cakes mostly sold out. “They have a great selection of desserts and tarts. We tried many items there and everything was excellent. We also ordered a kids custom cake and Sweet table of mini's and it turned out perfect! My personal favorites include the petits fours cookies, eclairs, vanilla cake with strawberries and their delicious coffee/ Lattes. Their breakfast and lunch sandwiches are a must try! They now also have Gelato! My husband recently placed a corporate catering order from them for a variety of breakfast and dessert items and was very happy as well. Highly recommend!“

“Dennis, the owner, is awesome. Great selection of bakery pastries like scones, cinnamon rolls, etc. He also has freshly baked French bread and dinner rolls. I personally go there for some coffee and a breakfast croissant, along with some French bread for dinner. Prices are way more affordable than the lee’s next door. Glad to give small business owners like Dennis my business.“

“We order all our special day cakes from Satvik Eggless Bakery. So moist, so yummy flavor. She had an online store for 4 years before she opened the physical place in Dublin. We visit this place often for cake and puff. Same softness. Very consistent. Yummy flavor. Love her pastries and puffs.“

It was just the way the groom and bride requested it! BethAnn was easy to work with and accommodated their schedule for the tasting as they lived out of the state. “Super happy with this Cold Stone location! The ladies here today were wonderful! The place is super clean and service was great! We had Yessica make our ice creams and she killed it! “THE BEST CAKE EVER!! I don’t normally leave reviews on google but Palo Alto Baking Company made me the best birthday cake I’ve ever had: I always grew up having a lemon cake with raspberry filling and marzipan instead of frosting as my birthday cake, but then I moved to Palo Alto for college. I called possibly every bakery in the bay, but no one could make it. When I called Palo Alto Baking Company, they made my cake on a week’s notice at a competitive price— doing a flavor they’d never done before and going out and buying marzipan (they didn’t have it on hand)— and it was literally the most delicious cake I’ve ever had. Soft, light, perfectly moist and perfectly sweet. Even people at my party who didn’t like cake, lemon, or marzipan LOVED it. When I went to pick up the cake, I was late and arrived after they had closed, so they sent a baker early the next morning (on a day they weren’t open) to get me my cake in time for the party. Exceptional service. I will be going to Palo Alto Baking Company for every cake for the rest of my life.“

“Amanda did a great job on our wedding desserts! Everything turned out exactly as we asked. We got to do a tasting of the flavors beforehand to make our choice for the cake, which was really helpful. Pick-up for the tasting cupcakes and communication was always easy. She delivered the desserts to our venue and helped set up the cake decor, which turned out beautiful.“

“This was from our last visit to Cakes and Bakes in Dublin to pick up an eggless Butterscotch cake, and it was a great experience overall. The location has ample parking, so we didn’t have to worry about finding a spot, which made the quick stop even more convenient.

The Butterscotch cake itself was delicious, and we appreciated that they offer an eggless version, which can be hard to find in many bakeries. The cake was rich, moist, and had that classic butterscotch flavor we were looking forward to. Kudos to Cakes and Bakes for catering to those with dietary preferences without compromising on taste!

The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that, unfortunately, the baker wasn’t available to write a message on the cake.
