“Today was the first time I have been to this location. It has a really nice set up. Plenty of seating. A great collection of mugs for sale. The baristas were very nice. My White Chocolate Mocha Espresso was really good . I'll definitely go back“

“I enjoy their drinks here. The only complaint is they take a long time to prepare the drinks. I guess it’s takes time to make excellent tasting drinks. But it does turn me off sometimes from stopping here. Other than that the crafty lemon drinks hit the spot.“

“This has always been one of those "classic" milk tea places in the Bay area before everything else started to show up with their own variations of milk tea and how "authentic" they are or were... Not to mention the many options for food from quick snacks to full meals! I got the caramel milk tea and it still tastes pretty nice to this day! Although i remembered when they used to cost $3.50 unlike $5.50 now... Which by the way is ordered through an iPad that contains all of the different drinks and food that you can order from! Pickup is very simple as there is a number that will be given to you. Other than that, there's mostly stand-up tables or high chairs to relax with. There are also gatcha machines that strangely just take dollar coins with each of them costing $3-7 to play... I remember when I had to just pay $1.25...“

Unfortunately, this place requires ear protection to enter. While waiting, I registered 92 to 98 dB average. Impossible for them to hear your order due to the high noise levels. I feel sorry for the staff and I’m not sure why this hasn’t attracted an OSHA violation for the staff“

“I am a regular here and LOVE the baked salmon bowl, I am a bit addicted. The flavor composition and spice level are perfect when done right. They have a tendency to let it over cook sometimes, which dries out the salmon. However, they are more than happy to remake as needed, and very open to improvements. I asked them to watch it closer and try not to burn it one time and they were more than happy to oblige with a smile. The only reason I do not give a 5 star is bc they have burned it more than once and have been out of certain staple ingredients too soon more than one time. I am still a loyal customer, love it overall.“

“I came here after school to other my brother, wanted a fresh fruit drink. The man at the front desk was being so nice and welcoming asking if it was our first time as I replied “yes” he showed us the entire menu and said I was able to make my very own drink. I ordered a mama mango smoothie, I would say that this is hands down the best mango smoothie I have ever had.“

“Visited Hops and Beans in Fremont, and it was fantastic! Ordered an almond croissant, a white chocolate latte, and a vanilla latte. The coffee was rich, smooth, and so flavorful—definitely some of the best I’ve had! The almond croissant was perfectly flaky with just the right amount of sweetness. The service was good, though I wish they had noticed the two small cracks on the rim of my cup—it would’ve made the experience even better. Overall, it’s a great spot for a cozy coffee break! “I ordered a fruit smoothie and it was fantastic to see the robotic arm in action especially how it collected the ingredients, loaded it into the blender and poured the smoothie from the blender to the cup. I tried a protein powered smoothie next for testing and it worked flawlessly again. Oh and the drinks were excellent as well. Highly recommend it for the delicious drinks and for the experience of seeing the future of Robotics+AI live.“

“We were across the street at Newark high school and wanted some boba. This little location just inside the new park mall offers a huge selection of a wide variety of different drinks. Service was quick and drinks were very tasty. Would definitely try something else next time!

Parking: The mall wasn't very busy so we parked right in front.

Wheelchair accessibility: There are no steps to get from the parking lot to the mall and into the mall. Very accessible!“
