Kabayan is the best place for classic silog breakfasts like longganisa, tapa, tocino, chicken adobo, pork bbq, chicken inasal, pork sisig. pros: -lots of seating -menu has wide variety -tasty food! -clean bathroom -lots of parking -friendly owner cons: -ordered the adobo and it wasnt my favorite. LOVED the walastick, chicken insasal, and tocino
Good selection of foods. Not a big fan of their sisig tho. I love that all meals come with lumpia. though, the lumpia, some days doesn't taste the same, I'd still come here to eat. I feel like I've tried everything in their menu already. like what I mentioned, I'm not a fan of their sisig and Inasal. their sisig has bell peppers and japapeno. i don't think they should be there. the inasal taste like bbq because it's sweet but surprisingly really tender and juicy.
