Watch out for the double tip trick! They take your card to keep your tab open. Then run your card at the end and don't give you the itemized receipt, so you can't tell that the tip is already included. After the first time, we thought it was a mistake. However, it happened every time we came down to this bar for drinks and at the restaurant downstairs. And I watched them do it to other patrons. It's too bad because the food and drinks were actually pretty good.
Stopped here for an evening dessert before bed during our stay at the Sheraton. It was a nice atmosphere. Server was friendly and funny. I had a delicious lava cake. It was the perfect portion.
The stay here was perfect, staff were really friendly, specially at the breakfast area, the food there was delicious, the parking is close and convenient (not free), the shuttle to Universal was free and comes by 15 minutes exactly and drops you off at Universal city walk, the drivers are the best, the gift shop was also very convenient and nice, it has everything we needed and the bar offers basic Starbucks drinks, elevators were fast, the only weird thing that happened was that...
