“Ordered my food about 45 minutes before pickup and they were still 15 minutes late on the pick up time despite not being busy.
I will say they did give us extra fries though and ranch and I really appreciated that. I didn’t discover that until we got back home.
The food is usually good from here but the timing is pretty bad
. Then they say it’s going to be “5 minutes” but it’s not.
