My boneless wings were the size of quarters literally so small. There was way too much cheese on my garlic parm wings, I mean mounds of it. And my corn was literally frozen. Terrible experience… 😔

Holland Michigan wingstop messed my order up and when i called to trying get the rest of my order the guy was mad and was getting loud so i told him I was going come down there i wanted to talk to a manger. then he told me he was gonna call the cops on me if I showed up. when I arrived the guy was talking about me to other employees and customers cussing. then he started yelling and cussing at me infront of everyone they had to physically pull the guy to the back. I should of recorded it but I just wanted my food to feed my family. I will never go back there. I love the food but the disrespect and the humiliation I felt can i never go back there.

I had Wingstop for the first time on Tuesday in Shakopee Minnesota and it was excellent! Perfectly cooked chicken thick and tasty. The Louisiana rub was pretty hot for me. Sadly when I got home the blue cheese dip was not in the bag. The sauce was leaking out of the bag.

Just ordered here for work for $60 and they gave our order away. Told our employee who went to get the lunch it would take 10-15 mins to remake it, took 30. Was told they could do nothing since a manager isn’t in at all today. Ridiculous service.
Dezmen and the crew that was there this evening were super nice! Took care of my order great and gave exceptional service! Food was hot and fresh! Definitely my go to store now!

The Florence KY location used DoorDash as their 3rd party for deliveries. This is not a choice we make as customers, this is their own business decision. Today, the restaurant forgot to put half our order in the sealed bag, and when contacted, blamed DoorDash for the missing items in the sealed bag, and told us they could not help us, that we had to reach out to DoorDash. As a client, I’m not responsible for who you choose as your delivery partner. That’s your problem to deal with. Had the staff hang up on me, and on my second call I finally reached an extremely unprofessional and barely useful “manager”. They acted like they were doing us a solid by “allowing” us to pick up the missing items ourselves from the restaurant. Still missing items in that second attempt, but at this point we’re quite done dealing with the level of incompetence being displayed by this wingstop location.
TL:DR avoid the Florence KY Wingstop. They mess up your order, don’t own up to their mistakes, and try to blame everyone else for items they forgot to put into your bag. The management here is laughably incompetent. They also refuse to disclose their names over the phone, as they know how completely useless they are.

Worst wings ever I am never ever again ordering from this place. If you like salty fries and wings this is for you. Biggest disappointment ever and to make it even worst my order was not how I ordered it online. You’re better off getting wings somewhere else.
