I ordered a delivery order on the Wingstop app. My order arrived and I noticed I was missing all of my french fries and veggie sticks. I called the restaurant and was put on hold to speak to the manager. I waited on hold for nine minutes. I ended up driving to the restaurant while still on hold once I was in the restaurant. The three employees were in the back talking. After a few minutes, Dan approached the counter. I asked him if he was aware that he had a customer on hold. He told me that his employee had told him that an Uber eats customer had an issue with delivery so that wasn’t his problem. He was just going to leave me on hold, not knowing that I was not an Uber eats customer when I told him that I was missing all of my fries and veggie sticks. He asked me what I expected him to do. I advised him it was my son‘s birthday, and I had children at my house who were hoping for their fries and veggie sticks after a few minutes of going back-and-forth, he happened to look at the bags and realized that one of my bags was still on the shelf. he then told me he was going to remake them for me. Once my fries were remade, the woman handed me the bag, and I asked for my veggie sticks as well. She told me he didn’t tell me no veggie sticks and walked away in the back. The manager told her to also give me my veggie sticks, so she finally brought them out. They offered no apology no resolution. We will not be returning

I called this Wingstop simply to verify that the closing time listed online was accurate. Instead of receiving a straightforward answer, a snobby girl answered the phone with an extremely rude and dismissive attitude.
When I asked what time they closed, she told me I could “check online.” I said “excuse me,” thinking maybe she misunderstood, but she repeated herself and again told me to check online. I then asked if she knew what time they closed, and she responded once more by saying that if I have a phone, I can go on Google or Safari and check the time myself.
I was honestly appalled. My mouth was on the floor at how disrespectful and unprofessional the interaction was. I explained that I was calling just to double-check if they were open, and that she could have easily said they were open until 12 AM, which would have solved everything in seconds.
I don’t know if she was upset about working or closing on New Year’s Eve, but that is not how you treat customers. I was planning to place a large order for our church, and instead received some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced.
This Wingstop is literally around the corner from my house, and I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time. Food was always great and the service was excellent. Unfortunately, this interaction has made this the last time I will be ordering from this location. I’d rather drive to Archibald.
I’m genuinely saddened by how we were treated. I hope management addresses this, because no customer deserves to be spoken to this way.

Finally a great review this time, after 9 months of staying away from this branch! I listened to my spouse to give it another try. So, 5pm today 12/7/25, we went. No line, but staff looks busy. Yet, he's able to pause & asked me if i'll get my order. Told him i'm going to order yet. He said to wait for d staff on d phone. So, when he's done patiently getting order over d phone, he assisted me right away. Also good to offer d combo & patiently explaining what's in it when i asked. When i came back, around 5:25 pm another nice guy handed my order, even offered holder for d drinks, and cared to say a good night for me. Wow, i'm glad we came back to this place after 9 mos, and we can be regular customers again, if d staff are all like them, because the food is already good. It's just customer service that matters next or equally. Btw, so glad they're not even the disrespectful staff i had a horrible experience with before. The three staff who assisted me this afternoon, i see you guys. I appreciate you!

Absolutely disgusting. The hickory BBQ wings and hot wings were incredibly salty. The fried cajun corn and fries were covered in salt and Tony's. you couldn't tell you were eating anything other than a saltlick. the corn in the picture showed full nibblers, but we got one nibbler cut into 5 pieces. $45 for my family to eat leftover pizza and tater tots.
Probably the worst food/takeaway I had in my life. We ordered and collected £50.25 order. Food was cold, fries were cold. Items not labelled. We also had a allegen requests but nothing was labelled. Worse of all they did it include my desert! So out of pocket for £6.75. Won’t be returning and want my money back! Message to all! Go and support an independent, they will take care of your food and ensure you get everything you paid for!
Every time I go here, I get charged for sauce on the side. The biggest rip off. No other wing place charges for sauce on the side. Need to fix that at the location I go to.
Janiela was absolutely killing it tonight. Absolutely best Employee there. It was just her and one other guy. I came in to do order, and I was greeted with a smile. Her customer service is absolutely amazing. With just two of them working, they were cranking out orders and kicking butt. I think I was no. 7 on the list. I knew It would be a little while to get my food even if I ordered it online but she was still all smiles. Thank you both for all your hardwork tonight and making my daughter dinner.

Went in there Sunday around 7:30. The place was so dirty. The employees were talking so loud like it was party time. The wings your to exspensive for what you got. Will not go back.
If you like having your order screwed up every time then Wingstop 1388 is the store for you. Incompetence at every level. If you must have Wingstop store 1388, eat it there so they can hopefully correct it for you when they get it wrong. Seriously, get your wings from anywhere else and save yourself the frustration
We ordered our food ahead of time. When we arrive we paid for our food and headed home. When we got home we realized we were missing Part of our order. We called the wingstop and they were unable to deliver our food. We went back to pick up the rest of our order that they had just started making. By the time we got home the food that we had already picked up was cold and not enjoyable.
They did not want to remake the order or compensate us for anything.
