“Reading these reviews, and "peer reviews" for other local restaurants, helps explain why Lakeport is such a tough market to serve. The locals express angst over price and menu, while tourists demand in-your-face wait service even at peak hours. Staring at the lake for an hour with a cocktail in hand is a great way to set more reasonable expectations.“

“Don't have a photo yet . But I went and tried their Gorditas and it was the best I've ever had. The ingredients is super high quality. Can't wait to go back and try the birria tacos and the super burrito!! I'll have photos next time!“

“Lately this store has been doing well; clean and well kept on the inside and the drive thru is getting orders right. (They used to have a major issue with not getting orders correct in the drive thru.) The 5 stars is based on what a person would expect a well run fast food restaurant to be like.“

“Great food, place was empty when we got there at 11am as we were traveling on the 20. We were looking for a brunchy bite and stumbled across this great taqueria. I got the chicken verde enchiladas with a watermelon agua fresca, it was a bit sweet but very refreshing in the heat. The chicken was slow cooked and very good. A few people trickled in as we got closer to the lunch hour but it looked like they did a lot of pick-up/take-out. The salsa was a roasted rojo and very good. This is now our fav spot to pop in for a bite when we drive the hwy 20 through Clear Lake route. Great service, great food, nice atmosphere.“
