“I visited on a Tuesday on our way back from a trip to the Jelly Belly factory with my adult daughter and 2 nieces (4) (7). The service was well, but the waitresses perfume was strong. Smelled really good but every time she walked by or stopped to check in with us, I tasted her perfume. Food service 101. She was really kind and attentive. My daughter and I both ordered the trio, I had the sliders, onion rings and chicken strips. My daughter had chicken strips, onion rings and fries. As soon as I saw the platter arrive at the table I knew it was going to be a bad. It was the chicken strips.... Dark dirty oil brown. 😔 And just as expected.. the chicken strips were garbage. 🤮 I never understand why a cook let's this slide. They tasted horrible. I should have immediately asked for a replacement before trying them because I knew by the way they looked I wasn't going to be happy. Note to managers, check the oil... Note to waitress, if it doesn't look right.. don't serve it! Dissatisfied!“

I called to let them know and actually I just wanted to be acknowledged and have the person who prepared the order be more cautious next time , but instead the phone attendant said that unless I came into the restaurant again and show my receipt she could not help me“

“I was served by a new server named Jordan today. She was very pleasant and attentive. I had the chicken avocado clip b which was perfect. I love the onion rings too. Just didn't have room for dessert. Now that I'm home I wish I had taken her suggestion to take a dessert to go. The bear decor is so warm and inviting. I will be back for sure“
