McDonald's in Vacaville

“They apologized for their slow service. Fortunately I was not in a hurry. Their digital menu board is pretty useless. It should have menu choices and prices. On the plus side they have a self-service soda fountain. Many McDonald's have eliminated soda fountains. The dining room and restrooms are clean.“

“Unless you are ordering on an app, it is almost impossible to get someone to help you.
Surprisingly, someone fairly quickly came to the cash register and helped us.
Fries were overcooked, but the rest of the food was typical McDonald's.

Easy to access from the freeway and to get back on the freeway way heading east. Heading west, it is not worth the effort. Use the first McDonald's on the east side of town.

Kid-friendliness: There is no playground.“

“Good food and great service and this place has a play area. It's okay if you don't mind SCREAMING kids.

Parking: A real busy place so parking may be a problem depending on time of day.

“We went to McDonald's for lunch, and it was an exciting time! Surprisingly enough, their ice cream machines were not broken. Needless to say, we enjoyed the ice cream while it was in stock. Also, my husband tried out their Mocha Coffee. He, who never even drinks coffee from fast food restaurants, actually loved it! I definitely recommend this, with its sweetness mixed with caffeine. Overall, our lunch consisted of the normal things, and I would rate them a solid 4/5.

Parking: There are a good amount of spots to park, and the McDonald's is connected to an Extra Mile convenience store.

Kid-friendliness: Kids have a whole other side of the menu, and my kids really enjoyed their happy meals. The ice cream was by far the highlight of their day as well.“

“If you use the app to order, there are 2 McDonalds on Alamo in Vacaville, make sure you are at the correct one before using the app. This location tends to be the cleanest location in vacaville, the food seems to be better, and there is a play place. The parking is tricky, a lot of spots used for curbside or drive thru pick up close to the entrances. The order counter has been replaced with kiosk and I find the app easier than kiosk to order from. They deliver to your table, however, if they forget the condiments it can take sometime to get someone behind the counters attention.
