Ordered at 6:06pm...Delivered at 7:38 pm. Estimated time of delivery was 6:30. Tried to call at 7pm and they put me on hold for over 20 min. Drove over there at 7:15 to ask what happened to my order and they told me it has been delivered around 15 minutes ago...Should be at your house soon, they said. I also told them to answer the phone because it was me on the other line waiting for over 20 minutes.
No comment. Not ordering from them anymore ill just stick to pizza hut, round table and mountain mikes from now on.
This is the worst Domino's I have ever experienced. I waited for over an hour and called to check on the pizza and they said it would be delivered in 20 - 30 min. and it would be free. After waiting I find out that they have cancelled my order without telling me. Then they promise to make it right and deliver in 20 min. and nothing comes....this completely unacceptable and rude. They have no concern for customer service and lie when they know what they're doing is wrong....read full review
