Best customer service from Jeet. The place appeared super clean, and my sandwich looked like it belonged on the poster. Found my new go-to now that the Columbus Pkwy/Rose location closed.
I had ordered some food online and when I went to pick up my food, they had accidentally gave my food to the wrong person. I got really upset and started cursing at the employees and stuff (mind you I was coming off a night shift and hadn't eaten in almost 24 hours, not to say that, that justifies what I did, it was wrong of me to react that way) and I left the store. This location suffers from one thing, there is one employee that seems to be always moody. When she is working I leave. I just don’t want to deal with her. Everybody else that have served me here was satisfactory or better. I don’t understand why the owners of this franchise choose to keep this lady here. She is obviously unhappy.
