This place has phenomenal tacos and food. The place is a bit off the beaten path but I LOVE places like this with authentic food made with love and pride. The tortillas are made fresh and you can taste that the food is really fresh. It's not a fancy place with some seats in the street and some seats elevated above next to where they are cooking. Definitely one of the better taco trucks in Vallejo, having Guatemalan & Mexican food. I've had Guatemalan food before which I'm not a big fan of, but this truck makes garnachas which were really good. Very similar to Mexican sopes.The meats they have are pollo, asada, lengua, tripas & birria. The tacos are bomb, we always get the tripas. Cooked perfectly, both crispy & chewy. The food was terrific!!!! I love how friendly the service are and they are 1/2 spots that I have had that have the best tacos I've had in Vallejo! Very peaceful location and beautiful and calm.
