It's not like it's their first rodeo. Surprisingly, they were not even busy after the Ron White show. How do you leave off the lettuce and tomato on a sandwich with those listed as ingredients? Whatever. It is what it is. Just getting tired of how ever has gone downhill since Covid.

This would be a zero stars if I had the option. I was so excited to be going to Harrah's, so I could visit this place as one of my meals. Service was great and timely, but the food, was pretty much inedible. I ordered the Italian Hot Sandwich, which was by no means hot. It was barely room-temp. As I bit into my sandwich, I could not bite through, the salami skin was coming with my bite. I guess they forgot to peel the skin from the salami? At that point I completely lost my appetite. If I had not already gone to my room and got comfortable, I would have taken it back. So disappointed. I didn't even take pics.

This is my first time to a concert venue at the Harrahs Casino in Valley Center. I went to see Aaron Lewis perform and decided to try the sandwich concession located within the casino. Generally, I reference my experience of a Cuban sandwich with Little Havana in Miami Florida. Service was quick and staff was respectful and courteous. They have a unique bread that they toast, but not in the classic Panini style. For those of you that are bread lovers I think you'll like the bread but the contents of the sandwich were a little under my expectation, based on my significant experience in Little Havana. The pork was moist and flavorful, but there wasn't enough mustard and pickle component to the sandwich, ignoring the type of bread, which I thought was very unique, but didn't embellish my ideal version of a Cuban sandwich. I certainly would give this restaurant a try. They offer a number of sandwiches that would complement their unique bread much better, in my opinion. Prices are fair and if you go to a concert venue and used to the outrageous prices, they charge for food not to mention parking. This is a fabulous venue to see an artist you're interested in.

Been eating here for years, can't go wrong. Probably the most affordable food in the casino.

Chipotle Chicken Avocado Sandwich on white with a side broccoli cheese soup! Delish! Every bite was better than the 1st! (Only reason I'm giving it a four out of five is the price. $25 for soup and sandwich and a soda.)

We love earl of sandwich! Woke up the morning after drinking and the chicken soup hit the spot for us. Hot and delicious! Also ordered the buffalo chicken wrap, a bit too saucey, but still overall great!!

More meat would've been great. Next time I'll request extra. Friendly service. Clean dining area.

Usually at earls, you order your food at the opposite end from the cashier and you work yourself to pay. So we stand in front of the glass while everyone is making sandwiches. No one, greets us. Then another couple, stands in front of the cashier and starts ordering. No one says anything. I even look at the line placements to see if we were wrong, if it directed us to the cashier. Nope. The manager doesn't even acknowledge us. When we start ordering, my husband says something about no one helped us while we stood there waiting to order. The manager just apologized and I see the workers in the back laughing as he complains. This is the work ethic this place has. No consequences will happen of course. There needs to signs of where to order or people need to be more aware of customers. Just because you're making sandwiches, doesn't mean you can't tell the customers, hey the line is over there.

Service (0 out of 5): To blunt, just horrible! I eat here on occasion for a "quick" bite when visiting Harrah's. During my last visit, I literally waited 30 minutes for a single sandwich. The women beside me? I over heard "40 minutes". Cashier? Slow and "incompetent" taking orders. Sandwiches? Backed up on the oven conveyer due to an awefully slow sandwich wrapping employee. Onsite manager? Prepping food but not really managing the floor and motivating the team to speed things up. There were quite a few people but hardly what you can call busy. If you ask me? The employees are just lazy and nonchalant with no clue as to what hard work is. I've managed food chains during my college years and believe me, these guys have it made. Food (3 out of 5): A three is exceptional for this type of venue ("fast food"). The food usually tastes "straight out of the oven fresh". At least it would be if the service wasn't so slow. Overall taste? You can't go wrong. Avocado bacon chicken sandwich is an always for me. Overall price? Considering the location of the venue (casino), it's fair. I am disappointed, some of the menu items no longer exist. Such as the Thai lettuce wrap. Seating and ambiance (1 out of 5): Although available, the cleanliness is never maintained. There's never a time where I didn't have to wipe or clean someone elses mess. For the general public? It's common courtesy and common sense to clean up after yourselves. Food court staff? A little awareness and being more tentative to the job is greatly appreciated. The Ambiance? Nothing special. Slot machines lined up in front and a herd of frustrated people waiting for their long awaited food.

The guys at this location closed two days in a row at 9:30, turned alot of customers away and lied that they close at 9:30 despite me saying online it says they close at 10. Horrible management needs to talk to their workers!! Gives smashburger mor money their team is no lazy looking at the clock!!

I bought two thanks giving sandwiches here. It was not that good. I don't like leaving bad reviews.

Great sandwiches, great service, and just a great place to eat at. So many different sandwiches to try, I'm always excited to come back.

Yummy, quick, and decently priced! We were snacking all day and needed an easy dinner to take up to the room. The warm sandwiches tasted fantastic, the veggies were fresh, and overall it was a great way to end the day.
