This is the second time visiting Harrah’s San Diego and dining at Rita’s. The food is okay and in my opinion extremely overpriced. However, it is one of the better options in the resort. The atmosphere is great, we chose to get patio seating by the pool and the service made our experience here the best. Our server was very nice and helpful with our questions we had about the menu and drinks. I ordered the quesadilla with chicken and a margarita. The drinks were delicious and the quesadilla was good especially with the habanero salsa our server brought us to try. Overall, I do recommend this place for lunch or dinner.

Great place to eat and have a drink. Sitting outside is the ticket.
The enchilada suissa is the best.

We usually love this place. Last night, we were seated in the raised area. We were forgotten for about twenty minutes. When we ordered, and for the first time, we were not fond of the food. We had a combo fajitas for two. The shrimp was great. The carne asada was bland. The flour tortillas were glued together. My wife's peach margarita was ordered without salt garnish but was covered with it and included in the drink. It was a $16 drink she did not finish. My double Tito's martinis was acceptable.

We have been to Rita's many times. This was our first bad experience.

We will give them one more try. But for the first time, we were disappointed.

Overly priced greasy food. Slow service. Birria tacos and fish tacos were okay. You’ll get 3 tacos for $25. Overall would not recommend.

As the summer is winding down we decided to take a staycation at Harrah’s and pop into ‘Rita’s after a day in the pool. The first thing I notified was the awesome presentation, followed by fantastic flavor and great service from Kimberly. I tried the Queso Fundido minus the mushrooms and it was excellent. Then the carne asada sopes which were almost too cute to eat - but of course I did and they were delicious!!! Got a pollo burrito to go for the hubs which if it’s like the rest will surly not disappoint! #taco #mexican #burrito #carneasada #goodeats #casino

They have a HH menu. My bf & I shared the Carnitas quesadilla & Elote Chicken Salad. Both were very delicious! Both were big portions.

The staff were AMAZING and the restaurantis thankfully smoke free! Food was tasty and prices are pretty standard for a casino. It's a fairly large open concept spacr so it is really loud, making it hard to carry on a

Bluf: Carne Asada Fries are ok; I don't recommend the Carne Asada Burrito.1st time at this venue. Of the ones available, this wasn't my favorite. The Burrito was terrible. The server didn't come back after leaving the food for a long time, even with several empty tables, and when she finally did, I told her I didn't like the Burrito at all. She just shook her head and continued on. Idk if there was a language barrier, but I told her when she came by again later but I rcd the same response. Burrito: The meat was very salty, and consistency was almost ground. It had refried beans in it, but almost nothing else, so not a ton of flavor other than salt and more mushy than I prefer. The tortilla was falling apart from the get-go and dripping with oil. Fries: These were the same meat, but the saltiness was fine combined with the starches, cheeses, and sauces. The Fries were crispy and possibly battered. Portion was about a medium size compared to a standard Asada fry order. I had asked about fry size beforehand but wasn't sure if it'd be enough from the response. The food was plenty for two. No dessert today.Glad comps took care of it, but I'll be happy to use em at one of the other venues.

Very expensive for what you get. The food is pretty good. But they nickel and dime you with surcharges (e.g. $5 for extra tortilla chips). Basically, it is food in a casino so expect them to charge for everything possible. I suggest eating somewhere else before you get to this casino.
