Some folks balk at the prices here but when you're in the moment with all the excitement Harrah's ya just gotta roll with it, and appreciate the convenience!

This place is located inside the Harrahs Southern California Resort. As with just about everything else at this resort, the prices are inflated and definitely not worth the money. Everything is nicely set up inside. However, they have numerous items out on display to purchase, but nothing was marked with a price. So you have to ask someone working there just to find out the price. I find this sort of thing very annoying. It's obvious they don't want you to think about the price you are going to have to pay. Also, they told me that the coffee comes with free refills, but when I asked the barista for a refill, I was told I had to get back on the line and request that from the cashier. This makes a lot of sense, as it takes all of about 10 seconds to pour some more coffee into a cup.

Rude cashier, didn’t get the simple coffees straight. Asked for almond milk. Wasn’t given til I was leaving then lied and said she gave it to me when the coffee came up in a snotty tone of voice. They had filthy lyrics rap music loudly playing when I arrived. So disrespectful! Used my debit card and made me show I’d on my $10 for 2 coffees. Ridiculous! No friendly welcoming attitude here! Just condescending, rude and disrespectful. Next time I’ll bring my own keurig and cups to the hotel room!

The pool is AMAZING! Warm water in a river, several jacuzzis. We had a blast! It is near 3 more casinos, so You can visit them all! There are not to many choices on food, but there are enough. Not buffet. But there are buffet at the other casinos. Ask For NON SMOKING room with time, as we were not able to get it when we arrived.

Yikes! $400 a night for maybe tops three star accommodations. Spa was nice, but zero hospitality, view was a a/c not a pool view as promised. They did accommodate a move, but even that was a painful transaction. Staff does not want to be bothered. Restaurants don’t accept reservations so please be prepared to wait hours. Disappointing. Customer service is lacking. Rooms are dated. Dirty tile, although it was large. Overall, don’t expect to be WOWED! We will not be back. Go to the other casino/hotel nearby. Spend your money were you’ll be treated well.

No coffee pot No bath robe No free EV chargers (only free 120v plugs that are in an outdoor weather resistant box that makes it hard to plug into) And they want to charge for Wi-Fi The bed was great I slept 9 hours and 32 minutes only get 5 hours normally

Went there for a couple of times while our stay in harrah’s resort.First of all, I would recognize the one of the employee lady Sydney.My son 4years old was crying before he goes to Starbucks and he was not good mood because he was tired by long flight of our travel from Japan.Then I guess she saw it before we come into the Starbucks I just bought my coffee, his milk and cheese. But I found out she put the purple kitty cake. My son got the smile on his face. He happy since that moment.He ate that cat cake so gently and every time he bites he smiled And we realized this was his first Starbucks in USA. So I decided to take a photo with her It made our Stay more memorable beautiful moments.Thank you so much Sydney.She made us the best moment of Starbucks in USA.

Sat in line for 30 minutes, only to be told they weren't serving food. Thanks for letting me know in advance. On top of it the employees were extremely rude and they got my coffee wrong.

Besides the coffee being overpriced, the customer service is very poor. Came in to order a Doppio Con Panna, Venti house drip, and bagel. The guy at the register didn't know what was a doppio con panna. So I explained what it was. They were about to make it wrong. So by doing that, I forgot to order my bagel. Came right back behind the people he was taking their order. I told him that I forgot to order my bagel, and he said I had to get back in line. This is a Casino there are 20 people in line. I had to wait in that long line for a second time. I get my bagel I'm about to walk away and they forgot to give me my cream cheese. This is crazy.

This place can be tricky. But if you go to any bar you’ll see what I mean. Casey in the morning grabbing a coffee one of the greatest voices ever. Gus at spiked just calm in control. Shawn, Jeff, Jose and Kim you’ll all see what I mean. I go for these people and I don’t even drink. To the ones I missed thank you as well. Tip em they’re worth every penny or quarter. You can’t lose .

Definitely use the swim up bar and the slots are fun too. Tried Hell's Kitchen, but not happy. The Lady making salads was extremely grouchy, rib eye and the Wellington were not great. Seems like the wellington was just re-heated

I don't understand how they have good reviews because this place was terrible. Over the summer my friends and I have gone 4 times and each time encountered the same problems. We like the pools so that is why we went but, the hotel rooms are not nice. The first time we walked through "the dive in" tower we commented on how dirty the carpet, walls and rooms were. It was gross. Several employees seem like they hate working there and they take it out on the guest, starting with the check in clerks all the way to floor staff. Are employees not trained to smile and make guests feel welcomed. The last time we were there we were making such a big deal about what a nice bartender we had because she was actually friendly, this is the way all employees should behave. Good customer service is not Harrah's main concern. Needless to say, we found a new hang out at a much better resort casino.
