Came for a couple cups of coffee, some crazy guy was making a scene. Really impressed with the patience shown by the manager here. Also the drinks were great and they made them very fast.

Starbucks Coffee Company offers a charming and cozy atmosphere, with a clean environment and a variety of delicious drinks. The location is convenient for locals, and the terrace features beautiful chairs, although they may be uncomfortable for lingering. Customers appreciate the fast service and friendly staff, especially noting positive experiences with certain employees who are courteous and attentive, such as Victor and Evelyn, who go out of their way to ensure orders are perfect. The store often has a lively turnover of dogs, adding to its welcoming vibe.
However, not all experiences are perfect. One staff member, an older woman with dyed red hair, was described as rude and loud, often complaining about customers and speaking bitterly after they leave. This behavior detracts from the otherwise positive service. The store also needs to improve cleanliness, with reports of crumbs on tables and no soap in the bathroom. Parking can be limited, but early visits usually find spots available.
Prices are reasonable, with options like a venti drink, cake pop, and marshmallow bar for $12. While the drinks are consistently good, service quality varies. Some staff members are less friendly or attentive, and occasionally drinks are not called out by name, leading to confusion. Despite these issues, many customers plan to return, drawn by the good drinks, atmosphere, and the staff members who provide excellent service.
