Great to have a Starbucks drive thru nearby, BUT... it can get hectic sometimes with people coming in from Laurel Canyon Blvd, blocking any cars from getting in/out of the small parking lot while the line queues up from Burbank Ave (the proper way). I would be timid to park in the lot in fear of getting blocked in until the drive thru line subsides. Love the location-- despise the parking lot. There is always a HUGE line for the drivethru hanging out into Burbank and its is SO hard to find a spot in the lot!! Coffee is good though :)
