Well the whole reason we came is cause I wanted some fried zucchini with ranch and unfortunately they were outta ranch,😞oh man I was so down....... We thought! I was down to 4 lil zuch's left and this sweet angle came around the corner and presented me with a single ranch cup and ladies and gentlemen that just made my freaking day let me tell you. I love the fact that simple things still bring me joy. 😁 5 Stars for this restaurant and the staff I can name drop my cashier who was super cool thanks Elby for your service.

Half of the soda machine has no syrup and a famous star combo is $15. That should be illegal. It’s Carl’s Jr not a gourmet restaurant.

I just want to say how satisfied I am with food quality and service. I usually go here after work 6:30pm and whoever the manager is at that timeframe is superb! The juicy burgers man its my favorite location of Carls Jr!

Ignacio is always friendly, polite, respectful and helpful !! Elby is awesome. She is always very nice, polite, quick, friendly and kind !! Jennifer is always polite, friendly, very nice and customer friendly !! Decent menu variety !!

I’ve been coming lately at night time. The team seem to be nice. The only one who have a problem with me is Adriana. I’ve waited for her to take my order multiple times, she chose to ignore me because the way I look….the customers even looked shameful watching her display. I have video footages on my end as y’all do too at this location. I honestly don’t feel wanted as customer and I feel really empty that Adriana treated other customers nicer than me. I may not be able to afford a combo but I make sure I pay for a sandwich every time. Discrimination is something I can’t support if that’s what y’all display behind Carl’s Jr.

Had a great experience! Teenage guy working very hard up front. Cook in back. Kid was managing it! I've lost my mind in customer service. But this kid was juggling everything, calm and collected. I was very impressed and hope he's getting paid appropriately.
