Don shuco Reviews
Buenos shucos y buen servicio
Los shucos para empezar no están preparados tradicionalmente , el pan no es el mismo no debería ser difícil conseguirlo , aparte el pan no está tostado , el sabor definitivamente nada que ver .-
This was my first time trying Don Shuco, and I honestly wasn’t expecting to be this impressed. I ordered the shuco sandwich, and it was absolutely incredible. I’ve had a lot of sandwiches over the years, but this was easily one of the most delicious I’ve ever tasted. The flavors were perfectly balanced, the ingredients were fresh, and every bite was packed with flavor.
You can tell they put a lot of care into their food. The service was friendly, and the whole experience...read full review

Don Shuco is a unique restaurant that serves delicious Guatemalan food inside a bus, providing a fun and quirky dining experience for families and individuals alike. The restaurant features tables and chairs within the bus, making it an interesting place to eat. The menu includes a variety of dishes, such as the popular Shuco sandwich, which consists of soft and crispy bread, pickled cabbage, and three types of meat. There is also a larger version called Shuco Metrolink, which is worth trying.
The service at Don Shuco is fast, and the prices are reasonable, with the Shuco sandwich costing around $10. Customers have praised the Mixtas Guatemaltecas, Churracaso Chapin, and Asada Don Shuco for their great taste and generous portions. Although customers must pick up their orders, the food is served hot and fresh. The restaurant has a clean and roomy environment, and it offers a good selection of beverages, including pineapple soda.
Parking is easy, with plenty of free spaces available behind the restaurant and on the sides. However, some customers noted that the music can be too loud, which may not appeal to everyone. While there is good service and a tidy atmosphere, some feedback suggests that using Guatemalan products for the food instead of Mexican and improving the quality of the meat could enhance the experience. Overall, Don Shuco is a highly recommended spot for those seeking a unique and tasty dining experience.
