The entry doors and windows were very very dirty. Almost maybe not want to go in. Even though there was nobody in there it took me 20 minutes to get my order. And then, they never told me I needed to ask for my soda cups. I'm the customer, why did you not offer them to me after I paid for them. Something's very wrong at this location.

This pollo loco is bad !!!! I went to buy the 16 piece LEG AND THIGH AND THEY GIVE ME LIKE 6 PIECES OF THE WING PART TOO BAD I LEFT AND I SAW IT AT HOME. THAT'S JUST FUKT UP!!!! I'M VERY MAD IT RUIN OR DINNER NIGHT!!!
