Placed a order online for pick up and set a time of 12:15 pm on 11/25. Paid (order # 140263260) and headed down there. Rang the bell only to be answered by a confused man who stated that the restaurant is not opened and that they open at 5pm. How do you have a online order able to pay and set a pick up time when you are closed?!? Unacceptable business practice. Unable to reach anyone to get a refund.
