Number 19 -Rare steak pho is always fresh, served quickly, and flavorful
Love adding the toppings like the bean sprouts, sriracha, hoisin sauce for the full effect

AUTHENTIC GOOD PHO. There's a shortage of good Viet food in West LA, so I take the drive to Van Nuys whenever I get a craving. I always get the combination special pho, and I will say that the amount of meat can be a little inconsistent; however, still one of the best restaurant pho. Price is also lower in comparison to other places.

The only thing I will say is that the ca phe sua da (vietnamese coffee) is just not good. Obviously, this place specializes...
