I've been their customer for a long time and ordering every night.
Today they only put 1 item and missing 2 items on pizza, after one hour trying to speak with them finally answered and explained what happened and I'm hungry and with my kid sick.
They had the nerve to said well you need to come and bring old pizza and you gonna get a free pizza?
Excuse me was your mistake you are not doing any favor to me, and they decline to bring a new pizza and saying I'm sorry.

Unfortunatelly there are businesses in Van nuys that closed down, however i wish this branch just burn down with their obnoxious employees. ordered pizza from my brothers house, and there service was phenomenal. Called this branch today, to see if i can use the coupon pizza hut gave me for having a bad service 3 months ago, they said that they don’t know how to input the codes and i cant utilize my coupon.
