Best restaurant I've been to ever that understands and caters to Celiac, but is so good you can actually bring people who are not gluten-free and they would never know they were eating gluten-free. I was in LA for a week and ate there 3 nights. I would have gone more but they're closed on Monday and Tuesdays.
