Pros: nice views Cons: squeaky bed for rm 5, noisy refrigerator, old bed frames and furniture with scratches and missing nobs, small small tight rm, shower with low water pressure no tub, rooms have no sound isolation we can hear neighbors everything, breakfast very minimal selection served food from days before, workers except front desk doesn't speak English, location inconvenient no direct exit from the south bound. We loved this place. Proximity to the ocean and soothing sounds of crashing waves. Just a few hundred feet at low tide to walk down a corridor to explore the rock formations, beach and sea life. Great breakfast and we tried a few dishes at Shoals Restaurant too. Very friendly staff and gorgeous grounds and pool. Each room faces the ocean which is great. My boyfriend and I stayed here and overall, we ha d a very nice time. The staff was very nice, the early check in time (3) and the late check out (12) was a pro, for sure. Continental breakfast which was simple but good and free parking! Beautiful view and pool, though it was cold so we did not use it. No hot tub though :/. Some reviews said it was loud because of the freeway, but I could only hear the waves! I would come back, but probably for a weekday rate instead of the pricey...read full review
