“The crew tonight, right now (7:30 pm pt - 3/18/26) is amazing! Placed an order online (as I was pulling up basically)- so I knew it wouldn't be ready right away.. I just want to say I much prefer having to wait a little bit for fresh great food, more than getting stale old nasty food fast- like has happened to me at other Jack's. Officially the best jack in Ventura/ Oxnard- a bit out of my way( as the one on vineyard is much closer to my house) but again so worth the wait and extra bit of driving. Thanks again !“
“Had a hard time to decide what I want to eat cuz I didn't have my two-for-one coupon with me that I was expecting to use. So I had another dollar off a combo. So I got a cheeseburger supposedly with extra onion but it only came with half of onion, I always like a whole slice. Fry's weren't that hot but it did ok w/ mayonnaise.Had coffee which I don't really have at home.“

I'm not sure what the problem is but the website has gone wonkey and trying to view the menu or order online goes nowhere. Disabled my add blocker and no go. Just no longer works.“
