Great mozzarella (with that authentic salty milkiness) and quality toppings. If you're gluten free like me, this is the best pizza in LA hands down. Prior to my GF life, pizza was my favorite food group and I've eaten it all over. You can always tell a good pie by the components. There is a quality and style that goes into the pizza here.
