They are pretty fast for s Carl's Jr. The service was friendly. My only complaint is about the stupid AI they are now using it the drive thru. Whoever thought that was a good idea should be fired. It doesn't understand what you are saying to it. I can only imagine how hard it is to order if you have an accent. It’s insane that good food places are getting taken over by AI features taking away jobs. Eventually having to ask to speak to someone instead of a robot was frustrating to have to do, I’d rather have a person take my order than a machine!
