“I stopped at this restaurant to take my young child to the restroom and get a drink. We walked up to the counter. Even though we couldn’t see the cashiers she told she would be right with us. She was busy running the drive through and the front counter. She did pop over and ask if I was just picking up. I said no. I told her I wanted to order a drink and get the code for the restroom. She quickly gave me the code and let us use the bathroom first. When we came out she was still very busy but came over and asked what size drink I wanted. (She actually remembered what I mentioned before . Which hardly happens now days) . She was still going back and forth to the window and to us. But she had the best customer service . Working in fast food is not an easy job and working custom service is not for everyone but this employee was great. Hopefully she gets recognition. My receipt says cashier Nidia. Thank you for taking pride in your job .“
“Fast food burgers. Chicken for the kids, everyone like lunch.
Do not like the AI program that is currently being used in the drive-thru to take the orders. Just let the staff speak to the customers. Save a LOT of time, frustration & aggravation on both sides.“
