“This is a great place and a great experience. I am very happy to tell you all. Did I have a mistake of my Uber order and Jersey Mike's at this location with either the manager or the gentleman? I spoke to at the time, offer me a free sandwich at no cost for the mistake and also acknowledged the mistake and realized that It had happened and that it was their fault and said they were very sorry. This is what I wish you'd see more and more around the world. Great people being honest and given great service. Even though I had a problem in my order, I still gave this location 8 fives out of 5 stars because the way they took care of it and handled the customer. It was amazing. And whoever was on shift that made the mistake and took care of it much credit due and keep doing the same things and you guys will stay in business for years to come. For the great service my husband and I had at this Place they were so welcoming and friendly , Our Sandwiches were made exactly the way we wanted . I’ve been to other locations up here , But this store has been the best over all. Thanks for the great experience . We will be back to try out the New Pastrami.“
