The staff are super cordial, they have respect for the customers and you can tell that they try. I've never had an issue with any of the staff.

The price: The same price will buy you twice as much at Subway. Jersey Mike's 'regular' is not the standard sandwich size, East Coast or West Coast; Sandwiches are typically 12 inches, and priced no more $15 for those 12 inches. I think Jersey Mike takes a little too much liberty in exercising their interpretation on what 'standard is', and although the sandwiches are delicious, you can get a bigger sandwich at a real sandwich shop as well.

The atmosphere is typical, nothing to boast about, but it's better than Subway's.

Overall: Good sandwich, Good servers, long wait times, but expensive sandwiches that probably will not drive you away.

“I recently visited Jersey Mike's at the New Haven Marketplace in Ontario Ranch and was thoroughly impressed. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the place is spotless. A big shout out to AnnMarie for being so persistent and very helpful, especially when she caters our safety meetings for 40+ drivers. Her dedication and assistance make every experience fantastic. Highly recommend this location for great service and tasty subs!
