“Stopped by Jersey Mike’s and had to give a shoutout to Thomas. The place was busy and everyone was helping customers, but Thomas was clearly running at a different speed. At one point he was making three sandwiches, bouncing back and forth across the line, and somehow keeping everything moving without missing a beat.

My wife and I both noticed it right away. He just seemed one step ahead of everything going on in the shop, like he already knew what needed to happen next before it happened. That kind of hustle and awareness is rare.

The rest of the team was doing a solid job, but Thomas was the engine that kept the whole place moving. If every busy lunch spot had someone like him on the line, the world would run a little smoother.

“I ask the girl that helped me her name it was Nevaeh she was super helpful and had great customer service she made my day just by asking how I was doing and the sandwich she made for me was perfect. But I didn't appreciate how the other coworker treated her if they had a problem with her they should have pulled her a side to address what she did wrong and not do it in front of customers that is very unprofessional especially coming from someone who is a supervisor for the food industry.“
